AppleCare: iPhone software update will not fix the problem 4 antenna

AppleCare has officially confirmed what had already been announced by various newspapers these days: the next software update system will not be able to solve the problems of reception of the iPhone 4. Engineers have verified that the defect persists and solutions at present are the same: buy a case or otherwise challenged the iPhone.
Many people hoped that the next IOS update could fix the problems with reception of the iPhone 4 but unfortunately will not happen. The guys from Gizmodo had to call AppleCare three times before receiving confirmation on the actual futility of the next firmware update, at least for the iPhone reception problems 4. Gizmodo then informed Apple that were in the hours before notifying continuous disconnections, loss of signal during calls and problems with access to the Internet. The response was immediate and unequivocal, the same for all the issues:
• Is there a problem with some interference with the antenna depended on the type of handle with which we use the iPhone 4 (which, of course, occurs if you cover your hand with the bottom left of the device).
• One solution is to appeal to different phone, avoid touching the bottom left corner (this is, indeed, how they have kept all four models of the iPhone in most of Apple's promotional spot).
• The other solution is to buy a case of a bumper or Apple for the price of $ 30.
• Future software update will not fix the problem of the antenna, the only change will be a more accurate display of signal level available. Everything will be more accurate.
These solutions obviously can not be accepted by users of the new iPhone by and can not last forever. Apple will have to think of a practical solution to resolve the bottleneck and not affect the name that appears as the most advanced smartphones ever.
It is hoped that Cupertino resolve the issue as soon as possible if not for drives currently on the market, at least for the next production of the iPhone 4. If this does not happen at least we hope will be given a free solution and "ergonomic".
