Problems with the proximity sensor? Fault IOS 4

Some users, having upgraded to IOS 4, complaining of problems with the use of the proximity sensor.
All the iPhone has a proximity sensor that turns off the display when approaching the iPhone to the face during a call. The failure has several problems, like accidentally pressed the "Finish" button or other options.
The problem that occurs in isolated cases and four on the iPhone, is resolved with a repair and return without any backup. Pending the release of firmware 4.0.1
