First milestone for Ping, The social network music from Apple : 1 million users have registered in the first 48 hours release of iTunes 10. This is one third of total users who have so far downloaded the new iTunes 10.
It must be said that this initial success was largely due to strong user base in iTunes offers : during the last Apple Media Event was announced that iTunes boasts 160 million registered users by credit card . A Table will cost very little to attract these users , while at 'iTunes Store Ping will be conveyed through a number of clients , this is nothing short of marketing strategy of Apple.[Via 9to5mac]

Victim of widespread criticism from users and experts , the new icon in iTunes is apparently not being appreciated as Apple thought . But Steve Jobs defends ...
As you can see the old icon depicting a CD has now been completely renovated since, as said Steve Jobs, "iTunes is about to overtake the sales of physical CDs and it is time to remove any reference icon“.

Steve has just responded to one of the many emails received criticism icon , typing a symptomatic "We disagree ", " we disagree " .
The news is at least obvious, but take the opportunity to ask you if you like this new icon or not!

iTunes 10 does not allow you to create ringtones for iPhone
As noted by Mac Life, the new iTunes 10 can no longer create their own ringtones. This is probably due to
the fact that for some time , Apple offers the opportunity to purchase ringtones ready (lasting 30 seconds ) directly from the store .
Obviously there are many other ways to make MP3 ringtones for free starting from but we can no longer do so in the traditional way , through iTunes .
